The EdoLift – Poverty Alleviation Management Platform, accessible at edolift.ng, is an interactive tool developed to monitor and manage poverty alleviation efforts in Edo State. It provides real-time estimates and projections of the number of people living in extreme poverty, aiming to enhance transparency and track progress toward economic empowerment and social welfare goals.
EdoLift aggregates data from government reports, surveys, and research organizations. Statistical models process the data to produce real-time estimates and projections. Data is disaggregated by age, gender, and urban–rural location, and forecasts are made from 2025 to 2028 (with a target toward 2030 poverty eradication). This transparency helps policymakers and stakeholders monitor progress toward economic empowerment.
